Skjern Handball retains an important profile in the green jersey.
The 24-year-old right back, Joaquim Nazaré, has signed a contract extension until the summer of 2027.
– I have chosen to stay in Skjern because it is the right place for me to develop – both as a player and as a person. It is a club and a town where my family and I are very happy to be. Personally I strive to develop even more, while we as a team have a clear goal of returning to the European stage, says Joaquim Nazaré.
Skjern Handball's sporting director, Thomas Klitgaard, is pleased about the extension:
– Since Joaquim came to the club almost three years ago, he has gone through great development – both on and off the court. He possesses some strong qualities, and therefore we are very satisfied that he continues in the green jersey, says Thomas Klitgaard.
Since his arrival at Skjern Handball, Joaquim Nazaré has scored 451 goals in 83 games.
