Skjern lost the victory in the last second

By Nicklas Thygesen

It looked for a long time like a new home win for Kasper Søndergaard's team when TMS Ringsted visited Skjern Bank Arena.

On several occasions the green team led by 4-5 goals, but never managed to close the deal and keep the Mid Zealand guests completely out of the match.

In a very hectic final phase the future Skjern line player, Joachim Møller — three seconds before time — succeeded in equalizing to the final score 35-35 after 16-16 at halftime.

The point means that Skjern climbs to 4th place in the Bambuni Men's League and, due to Aalborg's victory over Mors-Thy, can still decide their fate of finishing in the Top 4 themselves.

Simon Sejer, Jakob Rasmussen and Joaquim Nazaré shared top scorer honors with seven goals in front of 2,955 spectators in Skjern Bank Arena.
