Skjern Handball is keeping one of the club's young talents.
20-year-old Marius Nørsøller has extended his agreement with the Greens until the summer of 2028.
Nørsøller was permanently attached to the league squad ahead of this season after three years at the Talent Academy Ringkøbing-Skjern, where he has impressed with his dedication, work effort and strong performances in the Skjern jersey.
– Marius is a really good example of the great work that goes into our talent development. He has taken big steps during his time at the Talent Academy, and has this season delivered solid performances for the league team. We believe in his continued development and are very pleased that he has chosen to extend with the club until 2028, says sporting director Thomas Klitgaard.
For Marius Nørsøller himself the contract extension is an important step in a club that has been his base for several years.
– I am proud that the club believes in me, and I see it as a very large vote of confidence that Skjern wants to invest in me, even though I at the start of the season have been affected by injuries. It has always been my top priority to stay in Skjern, and I am incredibly happy that Skjern Bank Arena will remain my home ground, says Marius Nørsøller.
In the current season Marius Nørsøller is noted for 19 goals and five assists in nine matches.
