On Wednesday evening Simon Sejer and his teammates return to Skjern Bank Arena when Mors-Thy Håndbold visit.
After two league matches and a single cup tie away, the season's first appearance in front of the home crowd now awaits – and Simon Sejer hopes that the greens from the first whistle can get both the play and the stands going.
“We must go out and attack the game and get our counter phase going, so we can bring some speed and energy into the match. That is one of the things that can really get Skjern Bank Arena going, and at the same time give us the necessary and slightly easier goals,” says Simon Sejer.
For the left wing the ambition is clear. Skjern Bank Arena must again this season be a place where opponents feel both the players on the court and the support from the stands.
“We know how much the crowd can carry us when there is pressure, but it also goes both ways. We must give them something to react to, come with a lot of energy and presence - then I am sure that together we will create a fantastic home ground again this season,” says Simon Sejer.
The match starts on Wednesday at 6:30 PM.
