The story continues for René Rasmussen and Skjern Handball.
The experienced right wing has extended his contract by another year until the summer of 2028 and can therefore look forward to his 20th season at the club.
– I still feel that I can contribute, and I still enjoy playing and everything that comes with being a professional handball player. 20 seasons at Skjern Handball - I never dared to dream of that. I am extremely proud of it. At the same time I still have big ambitions for more medals in the green jersey, says René Rasmussen.
With the extension another year awaits at Skjern Handball. Whether it will be the last contract extension, René Rasmussen has not committed to.
– I am one of the oldest on the team, and of course you think about when to pass the baton on. There is a natural end, but I have not found it yet. Maybe this will be the last extension, maybe I will continue even longer.
- The only thing I know is that I love being a part of Skjern Handball and look forward to even more experiences in the Skjern jersey, says René Rasmussen.
