There was a class difference in the second half when Skjern Handball forced the semifinal series into a third and decisive match.
In a completely fantastic setting - season record with 3211 spectators in Skjern Bank Arena - the greens were carried forward and sent the yellows home to South Funen with a large defeat of 37-26.
The entire Skjern squad delivered an excellent performance in the big victory, which provided the ultimate best buildup to Saturday's decisive duel in Svendborg.
Joaquim Nazaré and Jakob Rasmussen were joint top scorers with seven goals.
