Skjern is indeed playoff ready.
On Saturday, the greens secured their fourth consecutive win, as Ribe-Esbjerg was put in their place.
11-2 after 15 minutes and two timeouts taken by Ribe-Esbjerg. Game over.
The green-clad were several levels above the guests from Esbjerg, who were never close to scoring points in Skjern Bank Arena.
In the first half, Joaquim Nazaré was completely outstanding. 10 goals on 10 attempts and five assists. Here you go and well-deserved rest in the 2nd half.
The large lead of 22-11 at halftime gave head coach Mathias Madsen the opportunity to give playing time to the entire squad, where especially Simo Sijan stood out with five goals on six attempts.
Skjern won decisively with 39-29.
On Saturday - April 19th - Skjern opens the playoff pool at home against Aalborg Handball. The match will either be played at 4:00 PM or 6:00 PM.
