The appeal committee has made a decision regarding participation in the Champions League and has chosen to uphold the recommendation from Danish Handball that GOG will have the opportunity for promotion instead of Skjern Handball.
- We have not received the reasoning yet, but we are of course frustrated by the ruling. It is no less frustrating that it was a divided appeal committee that came to the ruling, which confirms to us that the rules have not been unambiguous.
- I am shaken and really sad – everyone in and around the club deserved that we should go out and play in Europe, says Carsten Thygesen.
