Skjern Handball has set a historic attendance record.
With an average of 2,963 spectators per match in Skjern Bank Arena - an increase of 8 % compared to last season - the club can now boast the highest average attendance ever in its history.
The impressive number reflects a significant development in support for the club, and it excites sales manager Rasmus Boysen:
– We are immensely proud of the fantastic support we have experienced this season. Again this year, we have felt an increasing support and interest from partners and fans. Close to 3000 spectators on average is overwhelming for our club, and something we absolutely do not take for granted, says Rasmus Boysen.
He emphasizes that the increasing attendance is not a coincidence, but the result of a targeted effort to engage the local community, create great experiences, and develop a stronger community around the club:
– We are building on a momentum that we are only at the beginning of. This gives us both motivation and opportunities to further develop our setup - and make the match day experience in Skjern Bank Arena even better. We have an overall vision in the club to create space for communities, and one must say that we have achieved this on a large scale this season, concludes Rasmus Boysen.
