Skjern Handball got the best possible buildup to Friday's cup match in Tønder.
In front of 3,012 spectators (a record-high number of spectators for a practice match in Skjern Bank Arena) the West Jutlanders won comfortably 35-29 against the French champions from PSG for the RAH Fiber Cup 2026.
The star-studded French team also had the best start to the match, but after 8-10 minutes Oscar Carléns boys got better control of things.
From there Axel Månsson and his teammates delivered a composed and controlled performance, which among other things included an unofficial debut for Magnus Bang from the Talent Academy, who distinguished himself with two goals.
